As of Thursday 5th November we'll be closing our doors once more in line with Government guidance, but don't worry - you can still shop with us online and we're bringing back our local delivery options to make shopping with Lizzie Bunting as easy as possible.


We are currently working hard to get everything you know and love from our physical store shoppable online so please bear with us whilst we do this. If you can't spot something you have had your eye on in store please do contact us and we'll try our very best to get this to you as soon as possible.


Local delivery

As per the first lockdown, we're reintroducing our local delivery options. We are offering contactless collection from store, free contactless delivery to any address within 5 miles of our Ross-on-Wye store and also a contactless collection service from our porch in Goodrich. If you would like to take advantage of any of these services please select local delivery/collection at the checkout and we will contact you to find out which option works best for you.


Please take care to select this option at the checkout as regretfully we are unable to refund this if you select standard shipping.


Shopping online

We know that not everyone is comfortable shopping online so we are also bringing back the option to message us via social media or to drop us an email to make an order and we can accept payment via BACS, something that proved popular in the last lockdown. 

Gift wrapping

To say a huge thank you for supporting us through this tricky time, we are offering a free gift wrapping service on all items purchased from us throughout this lockdown. So whether it's a treat for yourself or you're starting your Christmas shopping early this year, let us know if you would like to use this service and your items will arrived gift wrapped with love to make every purchase that little bit more special.


As stores close their doors and everyone moves online we expect the postal services to become overwhelmed with parcels, especially in the build up to Christmas. If you're placing an order with a specific date in mind we would recommend ordering a little earlier than usual to make sure that your parcel arrives on time. Although we will pick and post your order out as quickly as possible after it has been placed, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.

What precautions are you taking to protect against the spread of COVID-19?

All orders are being wiped down with antibacterial products before shipping, we are wearing gloves and we are washing our hands frequently. We are following social distancing rules when posting your parcels and are offering contactless delivery for orders made locally.
